Thumbnails issue - Not showing graphs on some slides

Hi,

I’m using Aspose Slides Java running through Jpype to generate presentations thumbnails.
It’s mostly working since the last issue I posted that was fixed in 21.2, but I’m still getting a few slides that don’t show correctly.

Thumbnails missing the graphs : Dropbox - File Deleted - Simplify your life
How they should look like : Dropbox - File Deleted - Simplify your life

It’s just those 3 slides, some others that look like them end up OK.

Thank you for the issue description. I reproduced the problem and received the same results. I have logged the issue in our tracking system with ID SLIDESJAVA-38470 for further investigation. You will be notified when it is fixed.

To our regret, a fix release is planned for Aspose.Slides 21.4.

Just making sure this fix will be included in the next version :slight_smile: I see a ‘Blocked’ status so I’m wondering what’s happening.

Please don’t worry, the issue was blocked by a similar issue in Aspose.Slides for .NET. They will be solved almost immediately one after another.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESJAVA-38470) have been fixed in this update.
