Tiff conversion issue-Document you are trying to load requires adobe reader 8 or higher

When I tried to convert PDF to tiff, the converted image content is “Document you are trying to load requires adobe reader 8 or higher…” not the PDF page. I am using 19.6 version of aspose PDF

Can you please share your sample PDF document along with the code snippet that you are using for conversion? We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.

We were able to reproduce a similar issue in our environment while testing the scenario with Aspose.PDF for .NET 21.10. Therefore, we have logged an issue as PDFNET-50799 in our issue tracking system. We will further look into its details and keep you posted with the status of its correction. Please be patient and spare us some time.
