TiffNotes view always has '0' in the bottom right corner

I have been using the SaveFormat.TiffNotes option to save PPTX files to stream, however on each page there is a ‘0’ in the lower right corner. If this is supposed to be a page number it is always incorrect. Is there a way to get this to correctly show the page number? Thanks.
