Timeout Issue with Tomcat8.0.33 - Aspose.pdf for Java

Hi,





We are experiencing timeout issues with Aspose.pdf 11.6.0 version on tomcat 8.0.33 server. Tomcat server is unable to start when these jars are included. Can you please look into this ASAP.

Are you facing issue with recent release version or you also faced similar issue with previous versions. Furthermore please share some details regarding your working environment i.e. Operating System, JDK version etc.

JDK version - 1.7
OS - Windows
Tomcat - 8.0.33
We have Aspose.pdf 3.X version in our system. No issues with that. We are upgrading to 11.6 version.

Thanks for sharing the details.

It appears that you have been using quite old release of Aspose.Pdf for Java. However I am working on replicating the issue using latest release and will keep you posted with my findings.

I have tested the scenario using Aspose.Pdf for Java 11.7.0 in simple JSP file running over apache-tomcat-8.0.36 and I am unable to notice any problem. As per my observations, the JAR file is properly being loaded and TomCat is properly started. Please take a look over attached image files.

PS, I have used JDK 1.7 over Windows 7 (x64).

I have tried with tomcat 8.0.36 also. When I include Aspose.pdf.jar file in the classpath, tomcat is taking more than 8 min for startup. Without the jar, it is coming up in less than 2 min.
This is the only signed jar in our system.
