Timeout while using the Cloudinary Aspose add-on

We are getting timeout errors from the cloudinary addon. We’ve noticed cloudinary already acknowledged the issues and identified as “Some of our customers have reported timeout using the Aspose Document Conversion Addon. We are investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.” here Cloudinary Status - Aspose Document Conversion Addon Timeout on Upload.

Any ideas why this is happening and how we can resolve it?
