Too many method references

Hi,
I’m using aspose-cells-18.9-android.via.java.jar and Android Studio.
I’m facing error “Too many method references : 84382; max is 65535”
when I try to build signed apk with Dexguard.
It is ok without dexguard. I think it’s because I already using multi dex option.
but with dexguard, it has something problem.
I’m using dexguard only in signed build, not using in debug build.
I couldn’t find any helpful message with google searching and this forum.
I hope you provide me helpful guide.

Thanks for the details.

We are not entirely certain if there is something to do with Aspose.Cells for Android via Java API regarding the issue you are facing (you described). Could you try some other tool other than DexGuard for protection if you still see the issue. Also, do you find issue with other Aspose APIs even with other bigger third party Android APIs. We will evaluate it on end too if we come up with something else.
