Top portion cut off and Text partially visible

Hi,

We are evaluating Aspose ( Aspose.pdf and Aspose.pdf.kit ) for our project and we are using the evaluation version. We face the following two issues with Aspose

Please refer Original_Form.pdf and Aspose_Filled_Form.pdf in the attachment. Aspose_Filled_Form is generated by filling values in Original_Form.pdf

1)The top line in Original_Form.pdf is missing the Aspose_Filled_Form.pdf

2) In the second page of Aspose_Filled_Form, some of the text are cut off at the top and becomes visible when the pdf is resized to 125% zoom level.

I have seen the PDF files at my end and couldn’t notice any difference. Can you please share which top line and top text you’re referring to? Also, I have viewed the files using Adobe Reader 9; which version of the reader are you using at your end?

1) Top portion cut off: it is visible in all the machines. Please give priority to this.

2) Text partially visible : It looks fine in some machine and partially visible in some machine. Moreover if we change the zoom level, this issues goes off.

The input file you provided contains only first page of the output file. In order to understand and resolve the second part of the problem we need the second input file as well. Can you please share the other file which contains the text of the second page? Also, did you concatenated the files as well?

Please see the second input file attached. The 2) issue appears only at certain zoom levels. For instance i get it at 103% & 104%. In another machine, the issue appears at 118%…But this issue is not appearing on printing the same document.

Yes I have concatenated the files using aspose.

Hi ,

Any updates on this? Mainly i am looking for issue#1 ( top portion cut off ). By increasing the height of the fields, we got eliminated the issue#2.

Hi Kiruba,

I have tested the issue at my end and found that the top line issue is caused due to the evaluation text at the top of the page. I have tested the issue using a license file and it works fine. I have attached the sample output file with only one field filled with sample text.

Kindly test it using a license file. If you haven’t yet purchased a license, you can get a temporary license for 30 days by following the instructions at this link.
