Transfering ticket ownership


One of my employees opened a ticket (WORDSNET-14758). He is no longer with the company and I’d like to transfer ownership of the ticket to myself, so I can monitor status and get updates.
How would I do this? I tried searching for the ticket, but am unable to find it.

Thanks for your patience. It is to inform you that the issue which you are facing is actually not a bug in Aspose.Words. So, we have closed this issue (WORDSNET-14758) as ‘Not a Bug’.

Please note that Aspose.Words mimics the behavior of MS Word. If you create HTML document of same HTML and open it in MS Word, you will get the same output.
