Trying to add subaccounts

I can see the old sub-accounts that i’ve added a long time ago, and I was able to delete accounts for those no longer with the company. What I can’t do is add new people to the subaccount group. When will that be fixed?

You should be able to add new people. We are investigating why you are not able to add new people and will update you soon.

Sorry for the delay. We were able to add new sub-accounts against your account without any issue. Can you please recheck if it is working for you as well? Please share the account details if you are using a different account to add sub-accounts.
