Trying to change my email address

I have been trying to change my email address on your portal all afternoon. It shows I am missing a required field but there is nothing listed. Attached screenshot.



And no, I am not trying to use a fake email but did not want my real email exposed in the ticket so I over-typed it.



I am IE11 (Windows 8.1)
