Two rows in a pdf file getting merged into one in excel file while conversion from PDF to Excel after getting license updated and using the latest version 22.11

We purchased this license in November and are using the same and since then this issue is occurring and from past 4 months this is pending and it is affecting our application, please look into this issue as we have paid for this license and from past 4 months we are waiting for resolution and yet there is no update or progress
