Unable to add HtmlFragment with v23.7.0 on linux and .netcore6.0

After upgrading to v23.7.0 we are receiving “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” error when adding an HtmlFragment to a PDF page under linux.
The same does not happen with v23.6.0 nor under windows.

For library version 23.7, an error was made regarding the work of one of the libraries (Apose.Html) in Linux. This bug will be fixed in version 23.8.
