Thanks for the reply. But my problem is that when i use two dataset and try to publish the report it fails.

Hi,

Please post your test RDL file here, we will check your issue soon.

Thank you.

Following are the issues i am facing while devoloping reports:

1. When i used two datasets and use them in two different places in excel sheet i can not set the attribute for both data in excel. Doing so it will through error while setting attribute as: "There must be one Dataset with one Report Item!" or it fails when publishing the report.

2.Online view is not similar to what we design in the excel. But while exporting to excel it is showing correct. Also in online view picture and color are not appearing.

Attached is my RDL file

Hi,

Thank you for sharing RDL file. We will look into it and get back to you soon.

Thank You & Best Regards,

Hi,

Thank you for considering Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services.

We have tested your RDL file and it can be successfully published.

The table report item only contains one data set. Please reference to user guide to create new report. Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices log file is located in ${installation folder}. Please check it and post it here.

Now, It is a base report define file (RDL) that Aspose.Cells.ReportDesigner creates.

Most of the information regarding the report is saved in the Custom Properties elements of the report. So you only see simple textbox and table report items through reporting server.

Thank You & Best Regards,

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 10241) have been fixed in this update.
