Unable to convert a Word document

Hi,
I encountered a problem when a Word document (enabled “Track Changes”) being converted to a PDF file. Please find the below error messages for your reference. Is there any method to fix it? please kindly advise.


The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded. Thank you for your interest in Aspose components.
As I can see from the stack dump error occurs in Aspose.Pdf library. But also maybe it can be induced by incorrect intermediate XML.
Please attach here your document which reproduces the issue. I’ll investigate it and let you know what we can do further.
