Unable to download OCR resources file

Hi, just trying to evaluate Aspose.OCR, but cannot download the resources file. It simply sits there not downloading anything (tried Firefox, IE and Chrome). Is there an alternate way of getting the resources file?

Also, can you advise if Aspose.OCR is now included in Aspose.Total - and if we were to upgrade our Aspose.Total package, it would be included?

As it turns out, I’ve realised that the OCR package is a long way off being a viable product to use, it could only read about 10% of a very clear document, which is not sufficient for our usage… We are therefore looking at another product

Thanks for your feedback and it is unfortunate to hear you were having trouble with the Aspose.OCR product. This issue you are experiencing might be down to the font being used, please try some other documents as well to see if this is the issue.

Our products are being refined on a day-to-day basis with new releases and bug fixes every month. It would be great if you could report any bugs or issues on our Aspose.OCR forum and our support developers there will assist you.
