We are using the API to extract attachments from email message. However, we have noticed that it always extracts only 3 attachments, although there are 5 in total in the message. We are not sure what are we doing wrong here. Can you please help?

It seems that you are not using license, that is why only three attachments are extracted from the message as mentioned here.
You may please apply a valid license or get a temporary license to test API features without any limitation.
