I have a word document submitted by my client with Excel worksheet embedded, when i use Shape to loop through the word file, it can find the Excel “image” successfully and extract that to save as a separate .xls file, however, i cannot open that Excel file. I use hex editor to open it and found that the content of extracted file is different from the original excel file.
Other files (PDF, DOC, ZIP) are all ok, only excel file does not work.
