Unable to highlight bold

after generating the report, we are unable to see those font style

In the above screenshot shows as tags that we need to convert into bold but currently we are unable to get those details.

and we are using the textfragment in the code side in the below screenshot mentioned

In this case how we can proceed on further please suggest here
