Unable to open .rtf file- says file is corrupt

Hey,

I’m trying to open an .rtf is Aspose Words, but it fails with the following FileCorruptException:

The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded.
at Aspose.Words.Document.x5d4db34d48fb3129(Stream xcf18e5243f8d5fd3, LoadOptions x27aceb70372bde46)
at Aspose.Words.Document.x5d95f5f98c940295(Stream xcf18e5243f8d5fd3, LoadOptions x27aceb70372bde46)
at Aspose.Words.Document... ctor(String fileName, LoadOptions loadOptions)
at Aspose.Words.Document... ctor(String fileName)

I have tried the latest version of Aspose Words (version 9.2.0), and the problem still remains. I am using Visual Studio 2008 and .NET 3.5.

Thank you for additional information. I managed to reproduce the problem on my side. Your request has been linked to the appropriate issue. You will be notified as soon as it is resolved.
As a workaround, you can try open/save the document using MS Word.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-3721) have been fixed in this .NET update and in this Java update.
