Well, I've got one more problem with your desktop grid component
When I set Dock property of grid to "Fill" and then minimize the form it throws an Exception
"An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentException' occurred in system.windows.forms.dll
Additional information: '-2' is not a valid value for 'LargeChange'. 'LargeChange' must be greater than or equal to 0."
When I set Dock property to "None" - it's ok!
I use VS 2003
