UNICODE SUPPORT ASPOSE

Hi all,

We are considering using Aspose Cloud for our company’s web app. Before we proceed, I would like to check the following:

  1. Does Aspose support all emojis?
  2. What languages does Aspose support example: Chinese, Japanese ?
  3. For our specific use case—mainly email attachments extraction and converting Word, Excel, RTF, TXT, and HTML to PDF—which language library would be the best to use?

We would appreciate your help in making this decision.

Thank you.

Aspose provides robust support for Unicode, which includes a wide range of languages and characters, including emojis. Here’s a breakdown of your queries:

  1. Emoji Support: Aspose supports all fonts, which means it can handle emojis as long as the appropriate font that includes those emojis is installed on the system. This ensures that any emoji characters are rendered correctly in your documents.

  2. Language Support: Aspose supports a variety of languages, including but not limited to Chinese and Japanese. You can add characters from any language, provided that the corresponding font is available on the system. This allows for high fidelity rendering of text in different international languages, including Western, East European, East Asian, and Right-to-Left languages.

  3. Best Language Library for Your Use Case: For your specific needs—extracting email attachments and converting documents like Word, Excel, RTF, TXT, and HTML to PDF—Aspose.Words and Aspose.Cells would be the most suitable libraries. Aspose.Words is particularly effective for processing Word documents, while Aspose.Cells is designed for Excel files. Both libraries can handle various fonts and languages, ensuring that your documents are converted accurately.

If you have any further questions or need more specific guidance, feel free to ask!

Hi,

When I mention “library,” I mean a .NET library or a Java library? Additionally, since we are going to use the SDK for the cloud, do we need to install specific fonts on our server? If so, do you sell fonts under the cloud offering?

Thank you.
