We are facing the UnsupportedFileFormat : Unknown issue while converting the Word to PDF Documents.

Aspose Jar : aspose-words-20.6-jdk17
Windows 10
Please support, its been high priority for us.
Please upgrade to the latest (21.9) version of Aspose.Words for Java and see how it goes on your end? In case the problem still remains, then please ZIP and upload your input Word document you are getting this problem with here for testing. We will then investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.

I am getting below exception after deploying the latest Aspose.words21.9.jar. please guide us.
java.lang.IllegalStateException: The subscription included in this license allows free upgrades until 25 Jun 2021, but this version of the product was released on 01 Sep 2021. Please renew the subscription or use a previous version of the product.

When we trying to update the license file , its giving the below exception, how do we get latest license file ?
