Update Bookmark ,add hyperlink to a 300 MB File and merge with another document with 20 MB

Hi Team,

We have 320 MB PDF File. We have requirement to Add bookmarks to the file and add hyper link to a certain text of particular page of page. Later we need to merge this with another document with 20 MB in size. The entire process is taking more than 1 hour. How to fix this problem ?
The same is working upto 270 MB with in a minute.

This needs to be investigated further and we need sample console application with sample files to observe the same issue in our environment. Please provide the requested information so that we can proceed accordingly.
