Have you also tried the latest (21.9) version of Aspose.Words for Java on your end? In case the problem still remains, then please ZIP and upload your input Word document you are getting this problem with here for testing. We will then investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.

Thanks for the answer, i can’t use this latest version because license limit, but i solved the problem by other means.

We have introduced many new features, enhancements and implemented many bug fixes during version 20.8 to 21.9 transition. So, we strongly recommend that you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words for Java API. Anyhow, it is great that you were able to resolve the issue on your end.
