In your API’s I do not see any ref to Links… I have a PPT with a gazillions links to excel (created using Paste Special, Link) that need to be updated / refreshed once the excel file has been updated…

For changing linked Excel documents you can use Aspose.Excel.
After opening presentation in MS PowerPoint links will be updated.
