We are currently on Aspose Cells 2.4.3 and need to use a later version 7.3.1. When we try an use the later version, it displays the message
Hi,
Thanks for your posting and using Aspose.Cells for Java.
It seems your License Subscription has expired. When you purchase a License Subscription, then you are entitled to upgrade your application with newer releases for a period of 1-year starting from the Date of your Purchase.
After that you will have to renew your subscription.
PS: You can check your License Subscription Expiry Date by opening your license file in a notepad.
However, you can keep using your old license with any old version that falls within the 1-year range since the date of your purchase.
For more help and temporary licenses, please post your query on Aspose.Purchase Forum. Aspose.Purchase department will help you asap.
How can we get a temporary licence so that we can check to see if our product works on the new version? We have had to make extensive changes to the java and we need to know if the process will still work under the new version before we commit to any upgrade.
Hi,
You do not need any temporary license, you can just check it in Evaluation Mode. There are no limitations of Evaluation Mode except that it creates an extra evaluation warning worksheet.
Please download and use the latest version:
Aspose.Cells
for Java v7.3.2 and see if it works fine in your case.
Once, you find it is working fine against your issue, you can choose to upgrade your application.
Also, if you find any issue, you can report it on our forums, we will fix it quickly.
