Improper WordArt, missing Chart and wrong background image when rendering to PDF (C#)

Hi! We have bought Aspose. Total for .Net and we met plenty of problems when we use it. We summarized all of these problems below. The sample and messages we provided may be helpful to solve the problem. We sincerely want to know how to solve these problems. We will deliver the software built on Aspose. Total to our customer before February. So our time is limited. If you can’t help us to fix the problems, we may only return your product.

  • Batang
  • BrowalliaUPC
  • MS Mincho
  • 標楷體

Please ZIP and upload these font files here for further testing. Thanks for your cooperation.

Please also provide the expected PDF output i.e. generated by MS Word (Save As to PDF) or at least screenshots from MS Word GUI.

Regarding WORDSNET-16295, it is to update you that our product team has developed a fix which will only work for .NET on Windows platform. We have produced an output by using that fix on our end. Please see FixedOutput.pdf (460.0 KB) and let us know if this new output is acceptable for you?

Thanks for your feedback. Our product team has resolved your issue (WORDSNET-16295) and they have planned to include the fix to this issue in next [18.2] release of Aspose.Words. We will inform you via this thread as soon as next release containing the fix of this issue will be published during the start of February 2018.

This is to update you that issue WORDSNET-16295 has been resolved and the fix will be included in next release i.e. Aspose.Words for .NET 18.2. You will be automatically informed once the new release is available for download.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-16295) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 18.2 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 18.2 update.

These issues really bought inconvenience to our development team. We sincerely hope that you can fix the issues, or at least, tell us what’s going on with our issues and your time schedule to resolve them. Now we know nothing about the progress so that we don’t know how to explain to our client.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-16294) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 18.3 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 18.3 update.
