Urgent : How to Improve the quality of compressed Image?

Hi Team,


In my project I have requirement of compressing a tiff or a pdf file to a file size that is less less than a predefined value lets say 50 KB. I am able to do that using Aspose.Imaging but the problem is after conversion the image quality is poor and it is not much readable.

I would like to know what are the ways by which we can fine tune the quality of the compressed image.
Any Help will be much appreciated .
