Urgent License Issue : The signature is invalid

Hi Aspose support team,


I’m writing to ask your help in very urgent case. I bought two licenses for PDF and Words in Java platform two weeks ago. These are basic information regarding these licenses

OrderID : 160804033658
UserID : 363564

The problem is that I couldn’t apply these licenses into my application source code. It always throws an exception like
java.lang.Exception: The signature is invalid.
at com.aspose.pdf.z121.m1(Unknown Source)
at com.aspose.pdf.z121.m1(Unknown Source)
at com.aspose.pdf.z121.m1(Unknown Source)
at com.aspose.pdf.License.setLicense(Unknown Source)

I also open the license file and found a sentence like below. Does it the root cause of problem ? Because the machine i used to buy the license is different from the one I develop and deploy the application.
Limited to one developer, limited to one physical location

Thanks for sharing license file. I have tested the scenario and noticed the reported exception, so logged a ticket PDFJAVA-36064 in our issue tracking system for further investigation and rectification.

Furthermore, You may also post your query in Aspose Purchase forum and request for valid license file as a quick resolution.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFJAVA-36064) have been fixed in Aspose.Pdf for Java 12.0.0.
