URGENT Unable to access my account

Since morning I am facing weird issue with all my Aspose accounts. My files and folders are no longer visible when I log into my account!!

Instead, I see bunch of new files and folders (attached here) which were never ever created by me. Surprisingly, I am getting the same files and folders under all my accounts and my original files are missing from it.


This is very serious issue. I am concerned about my data and files. Is anybody from Aspose available to talk on this. I am not able to get handle of any support on this.

Please reply here as it’s very critical - our production has been severely affected due to this issue.

I’m glad to share that our team has fixed this issue. It was only a bug which allowed you to see the default account; neither you nor anyone else were able to see the files of other users.
