@mkubota Aspose.Words works out of the box. So you do not need any additional configuration. If your input document has this feature configured, Aspose.Words layout engine will handle it the same way as MS Word does.
If you have problems with some particular documents, please attach them here for testing. We will check the problems and provide you more information.
