We tested using Aspose.PDF for .NET 22.6 and did not notice any issues. Attached is the output PDF generated in our environment. Can you please make sure to use the latest version and let us know in case you still notice any issues: input.out.pdf (56.5 KB)
Tested with 22.6 version its working. The fields are not editable but the button images are not displaying correctly. Can you please check. Please find the attachment input.pdf (53.6 KB)
