I made my gmail account a delegate of my wife’s gmail account (steps at http://gmailblog.blogspot.com/2010/12/email-delegation-granting-access-to.html ), and tried to access my gmail account using IMAP imap.gmail.com. I connected successfully, but did not see anything of my wife’s gmail account. Does it mean you do not support delegate email account?
Aspose.Email does not support accessing delegate accounts information for Gmail. Implementation of this feature may be subject to the complexity involved as well as the necessary information availability by Gmail. I’ll discuss this further with our development team and write back here about my findings.
We have investigated the existance of any such possibility for the implementation of this feature, but I am afraid that there is no access to delegate accounts through Gmail’s IMAP. Hence, it can not be supported using Aspose.Email as well. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
