Using LightCells API to insert rows into an existing XLSX

Hello,

Is it possible to use LightCells API to insert rows into an existing XLSX worksheet, while preserving existing content in the worksheet? For example, insert rows from row 4 onwards, but preserving existing content in rows 1-3.
