Sample project attached. We were trying to upgrade from v 1.1.6 to 1.3.5. Everything works fine in version 1.1.6 with exact same steps:
Take mpx file generated by our system (see attached)
Open in MS project (2003 or 2000)
Save as mpp (File->Save)
Import back into our system
Fails on new MPPFile() call.
Getting ProjectReadException -> “Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.\r\nParameter name: index”

Dear Tim,
Your mpp file has tasks with large unique id.
It was fixed, please check 1.3.6 hot fix
