Valid shapefile fails to be read

The shapefile attached fails to be read. When I iterate over the vector layer, it gives me an error about “startIndex” being out of range.

I can provide a .net console application reading it if necessary.

@jstoneb3insight, we’ve reproduced the issue and are working on a fix. Issue ID is GISNET-443.

@jstoneb3insight, Aspose.GIS 19.7.1 has been published. This release includes a fix for GISNET-443. Please let me know if you experience any other problems.
