Please see the attached project. The excel used is also included in the project as well. Open the excel called deal_56 and navigate to tab 2-Pricing and click on cells O3 to O5 under Change. There are some conditional formatting and macro for the cells O3:O5 that converts the entered values to percentiles. Even though this is working in Excel, but when we opened up in the webforms app, the Aspose is throwing a data validation error. I even tried removing all conditional formatting in the excel but still the issue persists.

This is to inform you that your issue has been resolved. The fix will be included in our upcoming release (Aspose.Cells.GridWeb v23.7) that we plan to release (Aspose.Cells for .NET v23.7 package) in the first half of July 2023. You will be notified when the next version is released.
