Thanks for asking this question.

You cannot write/update the VBA macro using Aspose.Cells for .NET. However, Aspose.Cells for .NET preserve the macros while saving the Excel sheets.

We only plan to create,
manipulate or embed VBA codes/ macros later. We however cannot support
to run or execute macros. Does it fit your needs?
