VCF Load Error

Hello
I have attached 3 VCF files, the one named 30.vcf will load into VcfContact and the ContactPicture is inserted as attachment, but the contents of image is invalid, the path+file name, just asking if it should be automatically downloaded by Aspose on load time? or the current behavior is correct?

The other 2 files will throw Object reference exception.

Is CHARSET#UTF-8 a valid way to specify encoding for VCard format? What program did you use to create and save these vcard files? I just can’t find a documentation of something like that.
