Hello Aspose-Team,

I already posted this toppic some months ago
and I read about it in a post in November.
But there was no information when Aspose.PDF
will support vector graphics (part. EMF).

We use Aspose.Word and we are strongly interested
in using Aspose.PDF as well.
But therefore we need the support of vector graphics.
I managed to shift the decision, but now we have take
further steps in our project and I need to know wether
there will be a support for these format (EMF).

Is it possible to give a date?

Thank you for considering Aspose.

Sorry for not supporting vector image for long time. I have made a plan to add support for it months ago but this work is difficult and I have to postpone it and process other urgent tasks.

I decide to add support for this function in my next release. But I have to say it will be available no early than late March. Is this too late for you?

there was a lot of other workload,
so I didn’t have time to answer - sorry.

I’ve to implement new reports within the
next two weeks. So I can’t wait till march.

But it would be nice, if you could manage
to support the vector graphics from march on.
I’d use some other tools for pdf now, and
would introduce the aspose.pdf later.

I have to implement the reports for word and pdf.
My expectation for aspose.pdf is, that
I have only to do the transformation in a view lines of code.
But this advantage decreases with every report which I have
implemented the other way.
And this means I’ll get problems to get budget for aspose.pdf.

So, is march possible?

Thank you for considering Aspose.

I have planed to support vector Graphics in late Mrach. But I can’t promise it will be availeable then. I can just say I hope to make it availeable by that time. In fact I have studied this issue and found it is difficult for me.

I am terriblely sorry. I have too much customer support work recently and have made less progress in this issue. I am afraid the release date of this function has to be postponed to April or even May. I apologize again for the inconvenience I have brought to you.

I am terriblely sorry to make you disappointed again. I did try to implement this function but I found it is so difficult. So I have to give up this feature among so many urgent tasks currently. I will keep this issue in my mind but I can’t give you any date now.

I only want to add my voice to Mirjam’s for vector graphics support in Aspose.Pdf.

Support for vector graphics will be a big step toward producing very high quality documents with Aspose.Pdf.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have decided to add new members into our team to work on this issue. I will notify you when we have made exact plan.
