I would like to know if Aspose.cells exposes a method to verify the syntax of an user entered formula. I am planning to use this to validate the excel formulas (syntax only) entered by users.

I think, this is a new feature and Aspose.Cells for .NET does not currently support it. Will you please share screenshots regarding it? We will add a new feature request against this issue.

i don't have any screenshots that i can share. it is a new requirement wherein users will enter excel formulas on a textbox and the application should validate the expression before saving.
formulas will be of the type "=SUM(A1:A2)". it would be great to have a function to do the same in subsequent release of your product.
