We have virtual server witch is starting on demand from the image. Is it going to work licensing per deployment, keeping in mind that hardware configuration may change?

In the perspective of Aspose APIs, you need to apply license once per application or process for each Aspose library by adding a couple of lines of code. We recommend to apply license in some common area of the application, e.g. application start event. Please refer to this help topic: Apply License to Aspose.Pdf for .NET API
