Is Aspose API able to do virus check for the uploaded image in eclipse before performing the OCR for Text Extraction.

I am afraid, your requested feature (Virus Check) is beyond the scope of Aspose.OCR APIs. We do not support this feature at the moment, nor we have plans to provide such functionality with future releases of Aspose.OCR.
