Visio to html issue

I have a visio document which looks bad after saving as HTML.
Here is a sample project:

To reproduce the problem:

  1. Open project in VS and run it
  2. Choose a destination folder and click the button
  3. In the destination folder you will find a file visio.html. Open it and you should see that some edge lines are cropped. Like this:
