Hi Amir,

Thank you for your interest in our Aspose.BarCode product. First, I would like to update you that Aspose.BarCode for Java is fully auto-ported from .NET. Auto-porting allows us to maintain one code base and compile both the .NET and Java versions of our products from it. This benefits our customers because the two components are in sync and offer the same features.

While using Aspose.BarCode for .NET v5.3.0, you can generate 22x22 DataMatrix barcode with 42 characters length. For details, please visit the documentation link below:
http://www.aspose.com/docs/display/barcodenet/Generate+Barcode+Using+Custom+Width+Support

Aspose.BarCode for .NET v5.2 includes a fix to support custom barcode width. When Aspose.BarCode for Java v5.2 or higher will be ready for public use then this feature is present. I would also like to update you that there are some evaluation limitations. You can avoid evaluation limitations by getting a temporary license for 30 days and try the latest version at your end.
