We want to export our reports that are in HTML to RTF

We run our application in ASP.net 2.0 and want to convert an HTML file into RTF for Word - not into one of your predefined outputs. What product do you have that would provide us with this ability? If you have one that will run installed on our server can you provide us with a link to download and test it. And what is the cost assuming we would use the Developer Entriprise subscription level?
