When generating a Word document from an HTML file, part of the mathematical formulas is missing

When I used Aspose version 22.4 to convert an HTML file to a Word document, I found that some characters in the mathematical formulas were missing. I switched to the latest version 24.8, but the same issue still existed.
The HTML file itself opens normally in the browser.
I hope the result is as shown in the picture.

@hlgao Unfortunately, it is not quite clear what is missed. I do not see the problem on the screenshot provided.

In the Word document, the H in the mathematical formula NH4Cl is missing, leaving only N4Cl.
