After an initial test, I am able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned (via screenshots) by saving as XLSM file format. I found some custom XML information (files) lost in the output file.
e.g Sample code:
Workbook wb = new Workbook("e:\\test2\\input_file.xlsm");
wb.Save("e:\\test2\\out1.xlsm");
I have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSNET-47183” for your issue. We will look into it soon.

Well, the changed file names would not affect the file’s stability and validity. Aspose.Cells does not remove significant/important xml data or relevant files in the file archive. Could you elaborate how those lost information files (or xml data) are important to you? Do you find any issue with the output XLSM file?
