While converting pdf to pdf/a -the converted pdf/a file can't open

Hi Team,

I had converted pdf file to pdf/a .The converted pdf/a file can't open with popup message saying that file is not authorized.but with smae file before the convertion , the file extension renamed as 'RTF' then tried to convert,it has been converted to pdf/a compliance with out any erros .Could you please help me in this ?

Can you please share your sample document and complete code to reproduce the issue? Please also share which Aspose APIs are you using to reproduce this issue.
