Windows XP 64-bit bug?

A user is running our .Net Windows.Forms application on a Windows XP 64-bit machine. When creating a word document using Aspose.Words the user gets an unhandled exception (see attached file).
We are using Aspose.Words 4.4.2 and .Net Framework 2.0 We’ve had no problems running our application on a 64-bit Vista machine.
Any idea? Thanks.
